The magnet wire is applicable to all electromagnetic winding wires used in nuclear power equipment with temperature index of 260and 350℃, and can meet requirements of high temperature and radiation in nuclear power equipment or other special conditions.

1）Maintained breakdown voltage above 2000V under 450heat aging test for 1200 hours.
2）Insulation resistance test at high temperature: insulation resistance is 108 m at 500 ℃
3）450aging heating insulation resistance test: insulation resistance is 108 m at 450for 1000 hours.
4）Thermodynamic life simulation test: extrapolation temperature: 410 ℃

The 260℃high temperature resistant and radiation resistant magnet wire has been used in C1 project of Chashma nuclear power plant in Pakistan. Pakistan C1 project is always safe since putting into operation in 1998.
