Main technical parameter:
1、The insulation resistance is not less than 500M m after 2 hours at 220.And the insulation resistance is not less than 100M m after 24 hours at 55and relative humidity of 100%
2、No breakdown in withstanding voltage test (50Hz, 3000V*1min) at room temperature.
No breakdown in withstanding voltage test (50Hz, 1500V*1min) after 2 hours at 220 ℃. No breakdown withstanding voltage test (50Hz, 1500V*1min) after 1h in water.
3、No breakdown in withstanding voltage test (50Hz, 1500V*1min) after undergoing radiation of -ray with absorbed dose 1×107Gy.
4、Performance of 350℃ lead wire:
1)Comparison of high temperature test: compare with the silicone rubber cable, fluorine plastic line, PEEK line, polyimide line at 450 ℃.
2)Thermodynamic life simulation test: extrapolation temperature is 410 ℃
2)Good low-temperature resistant performance

The 260℃high temperature resistant and radiation resistant lead wire has been used in C1 project of Chashma nuclear power plant in Pakistan. Pakistan C1 project is always safe since putting into operation in 1998.
